Author Guidlines

1. General Information

Journal of Pharmacology and Doping Review publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies in the fields of pharmacology, doping, and related disciplines. Authors are required to submit high-quality, original manuscripts that have not been published or are under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Submission

• Manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission system or email as specified on the journal’s website.
• Submissions must be in English and follow the journal’s formatting guidelines.
• The corresponding author must ensure that all listed authors have contributed significantly to the manuscript.

3. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be prepared in the following format:

Title Page

• Title (concise and informative)
• Author names and affiliations
• Corresponding author details (email, phone number)

Abstract

• Maximum 250 words
• Clearly summarize the background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
• Include 3-6 keywords

Introduction

• Provide background information and the research gap
• Clearly state the research objectives and significance

Methods

• Describe the research design, materials, procedures, and analytical methods
• Ensure reproducibility and compliance with ethical standards

Results

• Present findings clearly using tables, figures, and appropriate statistical analyses
• Do not discuss or interpret the results in this section

Discussion

• Interpret findings in relation to existing literature
• Highlight the significance, implications, and potential limitations

Conclusion

• Summarize key findings and their relevance
• Provide recommendations for future research

Acknowledgments (if applicable)

• Mention funding sources, contributors, or supporting institutions

References

• Follow the [Name of Citation Style, e.g., APA 7th, Vancouver, etc.] referencing format
• Ensure all citations are accurate and properly formatted

4. Formatting Requirements

• Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format
• Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spacing
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• Figures and tables must be numbered and cited in the text

5. Ethical Considerations

• Authors must ensure compliance with ethical research standards, including human and animal studies approval (if applicable)
• Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed
• Manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening, and high similarity percentages may result in rejection

6. Peer Review Process

• All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process
• Authors may be asked to make revisions based on reviewer feedback
• The final decision on acceptance is made by the Editor-in-Chief

7. Copyright and Licensing

• Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement
